Welcome to vigilhoundai.com (the "Site"), operated by Vigilhound AI Solutions, LLC ("Vigilhound," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
Accessing the Site in any manner constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of This Site
The Site provides information about Vigilhound's AI automation and website services for home service contractors, trade businesses, and other business owners, and allows visitors to request more information or start a conversation with us. The Site is intended for informational and lead-generation purposes — it is not itself a service delivery platform.
2. Our Services
Descriptions of services on this Site are for general informational purposes. The actual scope, pricing, and terms of any service engagement are governed by a separate, signed Services Agreement between Vigilhound and the client. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer or a binding commitment to provide services.
3. No Professional, Legal, or Financial Advice
Content on this Site — including blog posts, service descriptions, and any AI-generated chat responses — is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not legal, tax, financial, or professional business advice. You should consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation.
4. SMS Messaging Terms and Compliance
4.1 Program description. This messaging program sends text messages to people who have provided their phone number and explicitly opted in to receive them. Opt-in is collected through our website — including our chat assistant — using dedicated, unchecked consent checkboxes.
Messages may include:
Appointment confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling updates
Responses to inquiries submitted through our website or chat assistant
Follow-up on estimates and proposals
Invoice and payment reminders
Requests for a review after completed work
Customer support communications
Marketing and promotional messages, including special offers, discounts, and service updates — only if you have separately consented to marketing messages
Transactional and marketing consent are collected separately. Consenting to one does not opt you into the other. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
4.2 Cancellation instructions. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply STOP to any message you receive from us. We will send one confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out, after which you will receive no further messages. To rejoin, opt in again the same way you did originally.

4.4 Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4.5 Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you from us and from you to us. Message frequency varies based on your service usage and appointment schedule. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
4.6 Supported carriers. Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon, as well as most regional carriers.
4.7 Age restriction. You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.

The Site's content, design, logo, and the "Vigilhound AI Solutions" name and mark are the property of Vigilhound AI Solutions, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site's content without our prior written permission.

6. User Conduct
When using the Site, you agree not to:
