Program description. If you opt in, Vigilhound may send you text messages including: appointment confirmations and reminders; responses to inquiries you submit through our website or chat assistant; follow-up on estimates and proposals; invoice and payment reminders; requests for a review after we've completed work for you; customer support communications; and — only if you separately consent — marketing and promotional messages such as special offers, discounts, and service updates.
Opt-in and consent.
You will only receive messages if you have explicitly opted in.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can use our services without opting in to text messages.
Transactional and marketing consent are collected separately. Consenting to one does not consent you to the other.
We maintain timestamped records of all opt-in actions.

To resume messages, simply opt in again the same way you did originally.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon, as well as most regional carriers.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We implement strict data protection measures to safeguard your SMS opt-in information and consent records.
